Still Strong

Still Strong is our strength-based class style, focused on building functional strength and stability through sometimes slow and sometimes swift but always controlled and intentional movement.

Still Soft

Still Soft invites you to slow down, release tension, and cultivate softness in both body and mind. You’ll rest deeply, breathe fully, and remember that stillness is an active form of care.

Still Learning is our workshop-style class category, focused on breaking down anatomy, technique, and movement patterns so you understand the why behind what you’re doing.
